Maxiflex Resilient Slip Resistant Gloss Finish 8701

World's first resilient anti-slip water- based clear floor finish coat. Maxiflex is a maintenance product, and, although highly resilient, will require periodic re-coating depending upon volume of foot traffic and environmental conditions. High Traffic version (product code 8703) now available.

Especially recommended for natural wood, laminate floors, vinyl, rubber, linoleum. Can also be used on natural stone, marble, all kinds of hard tiles, solid epoxy floors

SLIP RESISTANT

A unique combination of a very highly slip resistant finish combined with tempered, ultra-fine safety traction granules yields a slip coefficient that exceeds industry standards. Traction granules come in a separate pouch to be mixed prior to application; the more granules, the higher is the slip resistance.

RECOMMENDED FOR RESILIENT AND HARD FLOORS

Does not require burnishing (buffing). Scrub & Recoat, low maintenance, self-sealing, dries crystal clear, UV resistant. For application on all types of resilient and hard floors including natural stone, ceramic tile, wood, concrete, rubber, VAT, VCT. linoleum and old vinyl asbestos tile.

RESISTS STAINING AND ETCHING

Solvent and mild acid resistant. Resists alcohol, oils, medications and most food spills.

APPLICATION

Coverage - 270 sq. metres per 1 US Gallon (3.78ltr), one coat. High Traffic Version (Product Code 8703) - 450 sq metres one coat. Very porous surfaces such as unprimed softwood may require up to 2 coats of Flexseal to ensure good bond. Multiple coats of Maxiflex will give better durability and slip-resistance - at least two coats are recommended.. Requires only 15 minutes curing time between coats. Apply with  paint roller or lint-free mop. 

Cleaned and restored with Flexclean or On Guard.  Maxiflex may be easily removed  with Flexstrip.
