If you have a specific problem relating to a slippery floor surface, please supply us with as much information as possible, preferably by e-mail. In order to assist us to respond quickly, please let us know:

	The approximate dimensions of the problem surface (sq m)
	Surface material (wood, metal, ceramic tile, concrete, etc)
	Indoor or outdoor
	Foot traffic useage (heavy, light)
	Any special environmental conditions (extremes of temperature or humidity, lack of ventilation)
	Any special application requirements (e.g. can only treat a surface overnight)
	Existing cleaning/maintenance regime
