Aqua-Tuff Epoxy Water Base  Chemical Resistant Sealer & Finish - 78001 (Clear) and 78003 (Grey)

A pre-measured two part slip-resistant epoxy seal and finish, formulated to provide a tough concrete seal against chemical penetration (including brake fluid) and physical deterioration of existing concrete. It penetrates damp or dry concrete to improve adhesion and provide maximum bondability of finish topcoat, if one is to be used. Traction granules may be added to give greater slip resistance.

RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE BAYS. NOT AFFECTED BY BRAKE FLUID SPILLAGE.
This product is designed as a sealer and finish for concrete floors in facilities such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes, commercial buildings or industrial plants, where the presence of solvent odors and/or flammability problems would normally prohibit the application of a sealer.

Highly recommended for all automotive applications. Features No offensive odour or volatile toxic solvents.  Cuts installation time - no need to wait for concrete to completely dry. Even works on GREEN concrete. One coat coverage for all but the most extreme cases, with no streaking or lap marks. Seals in "impossible" grease and oil to prevent it from reacting with solvent base finishes. Simple to use - components are pre-measured, just mix and apply. Reduces floor prep costs - can be applied with a minimum of preparation. Cleans up with just soap and water. Provides a tough finish that protects against dust, dirt, water, acid and alkali cleaners, alcohol, skydrol, even brake fluid. Provides excellent surface bonding and improves adhesion of other types of finish topcoats. Can be used on most kinds of hard surfaces.

Coverage approximately 21 square metres per US Gallon (3.78 litres). Must be used within 1.5 hours of mixing. Available in clear or grey. Curing  time: In 8-10 hours can be open to traffic. Recoatable after 4 hours, maximum hardness after 3-5 days.
